A Leading Edge in Grass Conditioning:

Producers of grass hay understand the challenges of crushing and crimping fine-stem grass varieties like coastal grass. To expedite the drying process, the LeaningEdge™ flail tine conditioning system exerts pressure on the crop against an adjustable hood, effectively removing wax. Additionally, the 20-degree tangent flail tines are rearward-angled, creating outward crop pressure against the hood for even greater scuffing action.

From Broad Swaths to Narrow Windrows:

Efficient drying hinges on uniform crop distribution across a wide swath. To assist in this, the Discbine® PLUS Series incorporates improved swath control surfaces positioned behind the conditioning system.

Convenient Access for Effortless Maintenance:

Cutting discs and drive components on every Discbine PLUS are readily accessible. The poly bifold upper shields are lightweight, easy to lift, and resistant to impacts, preventing damage from foreign objects. The driven-end access steel door is double-layered to withstand dents, while the roll drive door on the opposite side is crafted from durable poly with a steel plate at the base for added protection. Material overlap keeps curtains securely in place without the need for clips or magnets, simplifying curtain maintenance.
