Follow the instructions
Jack or drive site glass side up a few inches to move fluid out of site glass.
Remove and clean working surface.
Use gasket silicone lightly.
Install and let sit 24 hrs.

Drive the left rear wheel up on a block to move the oil to the right side. Pry the old one out, clean with brake cleaner and let dry. Put a bead of silicon on the new sight glass and pop into place. I let mine set over nite before driving off of the block and adding fluid.
