Pull PTO shaft apart. Use a large press if severely dented, as mine was. Remove dents by swedging with a large press. Hammer dolly, or cut out the dent and weld patch over hole. Once PTO safety cover is straight. and dent free install the new nylon bearing on end of PTO 1/2 shaft that connects to the flywheel. Then slide the smaller PTO cover over the nylon bearing, and into the larger diameter PTO safety cover. Pump several pumps of grease into the PTO shaft zirks. Slide PTO cover in and out, spin them on the shaft to check, and make sure the function properly.
