Remove the forward hinged plate, save the clip and pin for re-attchment.
This turns over the plate to make removal and replacement of the forward stabilizer bar cotter keys easy.
Assemble the slider square tubes, secure to the rear of the lift arms, then attach to the hinged plate, replace the hinged plate with factory pin and key clip.

The bars have plenty of alignment hole combinations to fit any length. Jostle your arms/implement a bit if the holes don't quite line up.

Installation was easy. Taking off the OEM stabilizers is another story. It took a good amount of effort to get the old cotter pins straight enough to slide out.

Hardest part was removing old cotter pins. Once that was done, the installation was easy! I kept an implement attached during the process to help steady the lift arms. Next to manually adjusting the turnbuckles, this is a simple process. An added plus is that during an implement change, the stabilizers can be extended to keep the lift arms out of the way while repositioning the tractor.

17 minutes to remove original turnbuckle assembly and replace with Messick's Stabilizer Kit. NOTE: I fractured my R arm after placing my order. Removal and install accomplished using one arm exclusively. Instructions are clear, helpful and easy to follow.

Installation was very easy and they work great.....highly recommend putting these on any tractor with the turn-buckle stabilizers. I think I would rather see a bolt and lock-nut vs. collar pin on the end connections.
