Drove roll pins out and removed rear shaft, drove roll pin out of front crank handle, unscrewed cylinder from front bracket, removed hydraulic hose. Reinstalled new cylinder in reverse order, hooked up hose and worked right off the bat.

Removing the broken cylinder not a problem and changing parts from one to the other also not difficult.. What made it so time consuming was figuring out why the cylinder did not work after installation. It would make things much easier if there was a short instruction sheet stating that the cylinder was pre pressurized and had to be relieved prior to use.
