Scrape off excess dirt/debris, wire brush threads, apply anti seize prior to reinstall. Makes for easier removal in future. Takes approximately 5 minutes per pair of cutters to install. That included removal of bolts, old cutters, cleaning, and reinstall. Replaced 12 pairs total. Estimated total time to replace all 24 cutters was one hour. Used impact to remove & tighten. Finished off by torquing down bolts by using wrench to avoid over-tightening with impact. Will need to use small bar wedged between cutter wheel and frame to hold wheel from spinning when tightening bolts.
