unscrew the three bolts and knock the sheave down the shaft then remove the bushing on the top. it was really easy once i realized i shouldn't try to pull the bushing and the pully off together. i broke the first sheave with the wheel puller. after i realized all i needed to do was to knock the sheave down, things got much easier

Watch the depth that you put it on as the belt should line up pretty level with it.
