If you put a cargo strap around the belt and pull the strap and belt around the last pulley it will make installing the belt a lot easier.

This part is difficult to replace without removing the gearbox and rear cover. I did not remove either, rather just removing a tension spring and using a hammer and pipe to move the arm supporting the pulley wheel back under the rear cover to allow headspace to remove the old bearing and replace this bearing and wheel. Tolerances are very tight.
