A BIG APPETITE FOR SMALL BALES

The rotary feeding system in the Hayliner® Series is not only robust but also easy to service and adjust. It guarantees a smooth and uniform flow of crop into the baler, minimizing leaf loss and producing consistently high-quality bales. Crop is efficiently directed into the bale chamber using heavy-duty paired rotating tines and a feeder fork. The system's timing ensures a continuous, even crop movement by allowing tines to overlap. Additionally, the feeder floor beneath the tines is replaceable on all models, providing enhanced wear resistance, easier maintenance, and protection for your investment.

The Hayliner® Series boasts twine-tying and wire-twisting systems that can produce thousands of bales without any missed ties. Both systems are gear-driven, making maintenance and adjustments straightforward. Furthermore, they are manufactured alongside the balers in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
