These drills are available in sizes ranging from single-section ten feet width to three-section fifty feet width, and they can be conveniently folded down to a narrow road width for easy transport between fields.

One key feature that enables this versatility is CrustBuster's exclusive Wobble Slot, a robust all-metal ductile cast seed cup metering system that ensures precise single seed placement. The Wobble Slot features a precision-processed rotor made of bronze alloy construction, completely free from plastic components. Adjusting the rotor's position is straightforward, requiring just a single point on each drill box, offering infinite spacing from 0 to 3/4" to accommodate different seed sizes, weights, and rates. No complex feed gate adjustments or special tools are needed. The smooth spiral action of the system gently guides seeds into the chute for uniform planting, without any rough cogs that could harm delicate seeds. This results in accurate single seed placement for a variety of crops, including wheat, soybeans, sorghum, alfalfa, and various cover crop seed mixtures.

Parallel Linkage Opener

Furthermore, the All Plant Drill is equipped with a Parallel Linkage Opener designed to maintain consistent down pressure throughout its operational range. This parallel linkage ensures precise control of planting depth, and its easily adjustable constant down pressure contributes to its effectiveness. The opener's design keeps the body parallel to the ground throughout its movement, ensuring a consistent relationship between the blade and press wheel, which is essential for maintaining depth control. The offset blades effectively penetrate compact no-till soil and create optimal seed furrows. The leading notched blade, with a 3/4" offset, maximizes penetration and facilitates the flow of debris. The opener offers five quick-change down pressure adjustments, ranging from 125 lbs to 500 lbs per opener.
