Installation Tips
Use a smaller drill bit first and then the bit that comes with the product. It’s much faster.

For an LX Series installation: 1) The grill guard pivot point nuts require a 15/16-in wrench. 2) The outside edges of the brush guard and the brush guard tabs fit ***inside*** the tractor's grill guard, not outside as is shown in the installation video. 3) Attach the brush guard to the pivots points as shown in the video and rotate the brush guard into place. 4) Mark the location of the holes in the brush guard tabs on the grill guard using a metal punch. NOTE: You will be marking and drilling from the inside of the tractor's grill guard, not the outside as is shown in the installation video. 5) Rotate the brush guard out of the way and drill holes in the grill guard where marked with the metal punch. Use a good quality cutting oil when drilling and the drilling will proceed more quickly and smoothly. 6) Once the holes are drilled, rotate the brush guard back into place and attach with the nuts & bolts provided.
